Refunds & Returns

We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards


2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at labellemarketllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please email labellemarketllc@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
